| Description: Screen potential acquisition candidates for fit with investment strategies and objectives Attend data rooms and gather appropriate data for project evaluation Prepare technical and economic evaluations of potential acquisition candidates including: 1. Determine reserves estimates and proper reserves categories 2. Estimate operating costs, capital costs, drilling schedules, workover schedules, commodity prices and other economic inputs required to prepare economic analyses. 3. Prepare reserves and economics using commercial software such as ARIES and OGRE. 4. Consult with asset teams to incorporate their expertise into evaluations 5. Consult with gas management and E&P Shared Services to evaluate gathering systems and costs, plants, marketing contracts and insure they are properly modeled in economics. Prepare management presentations of projects and assist in determination of offer price Assess the technical risk of projects to help management make informed investment decisions Assist in due diligence and evaluation of due diligence findings If successful, assist in preparation of approval documentation and transition activities to integrate acquisitions into the E&P organization |

| Qualifications: Extensive experience in evaluating the reserves and value of oil and gas properties. Experience using petroleum evaluation software such as ARIES and OGRE. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required with an MBA a plus. Position will be filled commensurate with service. |
