Community Development provides technical and financial assistance to towns, cities, counties, and tribal communities on land use planning, public involvement, public infrastructure and the complexities of zoning.
As part of this division, the Energy Office coordinates and promotes the efficient development and utilization of energy to achieve a sustainable economy and environment.
